Normally in Islam, we were prohibited to touch dog, but, this time, A Malaysian Reg. Pharmacist made a talk that DOG CAN BE TOUCHED.

Nowadays, at KL Central, they made a festival that titled "I want to touch dog".
They're not care any doubt of that conclusion!
